Joan Charbonneau
Joan CharbonneauCEO
As the CEO of Perfect Promotions, Joan thrives on all aspects of running the business; from meeting with clients to designing the custom patented products and navigating the ever-changing marketplace. After working many years in the promotional marketing industry, Joan discovered her love for the creative process and has developed long-lasting relationships with clients. In 2002, Joan purchased Verite and successfully produced award-winning ideas for clients and their patients. In 2013, Verite joined forces with Perfect Promotions in order to strengthen creativity and provide a full-service team to better serve clients. Today, Joan maintains her inspiration and balance by entertaining family and friends with good food, much laughter and Bruce Springsteen hits playing in the background.
Kim Findley
Kim FindleyPresident
With a strong background in sales and marketing, Kim is our President and Senior Client Enthusiast. Her favorite part of the job is her group of clientele – many of whom she has long-standing relationships with. Kim’s “take the ball and run with it” mentality allows her to be an extension of the marketing team so projects can be handed off with ease, freeing up the team’s time to work on other priority projects. During off-hours, Kim spends her time with family, friends and enjoying the outdoors – In that order.

As Vice President, Stephen takes on many responsibilities within the company, but his main role is to be the head advisor and husband to the CEO. With his experience as a teacher and high school football coach, Stephen brings a unique perspective and insight to the Perfect Promotions team that brings their level of competition to new heights. Stephen is best described as a visionary thinker and the friendly face of the company. With Stephen and Joan’s roles combined, it’s more than just the x’s and o’s – it’s about the game plan for success.
Jennifer Mitchell
Jennifer Mitchell Graphic Design
Jennifer is our master designer with an eye for taking a client’s vision and turning it into finished art. Her passion is helping the sales team envision the finalized product and brainstorming to bring ideas to reality. She also assists the team with hand selecting our favorite product creations to show off. Jennifer brings in her own creative experience in addition to what the client has in mind to craft unique and effective designs. Outside of working side-by-side with our customers, Jennifer spends her free time with her husband and two girls, and enjoys each part of this phase in her life.
Tracy Moore
Tracy Moore Inside Sales
Tracy is our rock star problem-solving idea generator, who’s at the ready to take a new project and listen to clients’ needs. She enjoys tackling new ideas and finding ways to get the sales force motivated. Her passion outside of working with clients is spending time with her family – her husband and 3 children – visiting the Lake of the Ozarks, cooking and watching her kids play sports.
Kayla Findley

Kayla is our friendly customer-facing sales master that is responsible for bringing ideas to life through research and brain-power. Her favorite part of working at Perfect Promotions is bringing customer ideas to fruition by delving into the latest trends and design. Kayla keeps up with all client questions and requests in a timely matter, and gets the answers and info needed to stay on track. You’re in good hands with Kayla! When she’s not tackling big projects, she’s at home chasing a very active 2-year-old.

Her attention to detail is critical for our clients and business, and she manages the nitty-gritty numbers that keep all aspects of our company flowing efficiently. Her passion lies in work that allows her to find ways to save money and create efficiency. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys making photo books of past vacations, landscaping around her home and watching college football – Go Central Missouri Mules!

Alison brings 20+ years of award-winning experience to the Perfect Promotions sales team, helping our clients achieve results. Alison has a passion for cultivating relationships and enjoys being a strategic partner throughout the process, providing creative solutions to any challenge. When the opportunity arises, Alison is ready to collaborate and think outside the box to draft new ideas or put a fresh spin on old ones. When she’s not busy brainstorming with the team, Alison enjoys spending time with her kids and exploring new destinations through travel.

Courtney is the latest addition to the Perfect Promotions sales team, with a focus on growing client exposure in the Kansas City market. Courtney has a true passion for building and managing relationships – she enjoys meeting new people and working for a passionate, go-getting team. Courtney’s strength is listening to the goals of the client and translating those goals into a tangible and effective promotion. When she’s not working one-on-one with a client, she’s spending time with her husband, watching her 16-year-old daughter dance and 13-year-old son play baseball.

When it comes to client strategy and comprehensive account management, Emma is our go-to for insight and leadership to get the job done. As our Strategic Account Manager, Emma is quick to learn client business and tackle problems with solution-driven ideas. The most rewarding part of her job is witnessing a concept become a reality, especially when creative solutions are launched, and ensuring the client is happy with the result. Emma enjoys spending her off-time with friends and family, visiting her sisters and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks!
Tria Carter

Tria is our organized customer service representative that is hands on with each and every order. She manages every detail from production to delivery, ensuring that each order is fulfilled accurately and promptly. Tria’s favorite part of being on the team is seeing clients happy with their final product and witnessing the results that it brings to their brand. Outside of the office, Tria enjoys spending time with family, going on long bike rides and growing tropical plants native to Hawaii.
Shelly Bagby

Our office space would not be complete without Shelly as our Office Manager to keep us organized and on track. Shelly loves how each day brings a new set of challenges, while personally getting to know our customers and vendors. She prides herself on her organizational skills and being able to keep up with Kim, our President. The two of them make quite a team, pairing off and handling a large volume of business together. Outside of our busy day-to-day environment, Shelly spends time with her family and her sweet dog, Sassy.
